Ally is Sheila's daughter and consequently, real estate has always been a big part of her life. With three school aged children in the Fairfax County school system, she is very knowlegeable of the inner workings of the school districts.

Rachel Brint, Settlement Coordinator

Rachel is our Settlement Coordinator. She is your main point of contact once the contract has been ratified. Rachel ensures that all the the parties involved in your transaction are working together in a timely manner. She handles the paperwork and myriad of details with attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, other agents, title companies, et al. Her job is to make sure that everything runs smoothly to settlement. Rachel is a licensed Realtor with several years experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in the Washington area.

Michelle Durant, Marketing Coordinator

Michelle is our Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for showcasing your home and providing prospective buyers with a comprehensive brochure of your home. Michelle provides photographs of your home's best features and presents them to our clients in a graphic presentation that stands out among the rest. She also produces advertisements and other promotional materials to ensure that your home is exposed to the market, in print and on the web, in order to reach more buyers and bring the highest price possible.

Bill Gimblett

Bill has many responsibilities. He delivers signs, brochures, flyers lockboxes & mailings. He ensures your property is showcased from the outside, strategically placing directional signs. As a licensed Realtor, he accompanies Sheila on her Open Houses in order to provide better coverage. He hand delivers your HOA & Condo docs to ensure delivery in a timely manner. As a team member, he plays a very important role in the sale of your property and making the office run smoothly.
